When I see tigers I see strength, not only in their size but also in the power of their limbs and what they represent. They stand alone and firm against all obstacles, not wavering or showing any signs of fear. As I painted this acrylic piece, I was reminded of the things I once feared and overcame in my life. I realized that the tiger was not fearless but dared to stand even when it was afraid. So regardless of the fears I’ve encountered during this piece, I pressed forward like a tiger in the wild knowing that I had overcome my fears.
