FREE SHIPPING POLICY
 
At Thaniel Arts, we are delighted to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $1000.00 (or the equivalent in your local currency) to all our customers worldwide, please note that additional terms and conditions may apply based on shipping location.
 
Terms and Conditions:
 
1. Eligibility: Free shipping is available for all orders with a total purchase price of over $1000.00 after any discounts or promotions have been applied. The total purchase price does not include taxes or any other additional charges.
 
2. Geographical Restrictions: Free shipping is available to customers worldwide. However, additional charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach locations.
 
3. Shipping Method: Orders eligible for free shipping will be delivered via standard shipping. Expedited or express shipping may be available at an additional cost.
 
4. Changes to the Free Shipping Policy: Thaniel Arts reserves the right to change or discontinue the free shipping policy at any time without prior notice.

INTERNATIONAL
All orders are shipped via FedEx. Tracking is provided. Some countries charge customs and import fees, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover these fees upon arrival at your destination.
In case of pandemics international shipping may be delayed up to 2 months by all carriers. In such an instance please allow extra time for arrival.
 
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAX
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Thaniel Arts is not responsible for delivery delays due to customs. The Customer is responsible for contacting their local customs office to locate any held packages.

Delivery time
Typically, delivery occurs within 21 business days of us receiving your payment authorization and cleared funds. In some cases, the estimated delivery time frame will be longer, for example where items are made to order. From time to time the delivery of specific items will exceed our usual 21 business days delivery window for reasons outside our control. We work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible and we will send you an email to let you know when your item has been dispatched by us
 
Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage to the products after delivery.
 
Delivery methods & locations
 
We work with several delivery partners including FedEx and other courier companies. Your order will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you.
We deliver products worldwide. In some cases, we will only be able to deliver products in metropolitan areas. This information will be shown on the product listing. ¨We are not able to accept orders for international delivery at this time.
 
 Delivery failure
 
It is important that you verify your information is correct, especially your delivery address. If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, you may be billed for the additional shipping charges in order for your delivery to reach you. You agree to this by placing an order with us, we reserve the right to pass on applicable charges to you if you provide wrong address information.
Customs
 
Return Policy
 
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
 
To start a return, you can contact us at info@thanielarts.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Grenada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
 
Exchanges
 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
 
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
 
Refunds
 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
