What is Thaniel Art’s return policy??

We provide a ten-day money-back guarantee for clients to try out artwork in their spaces. Please note that returns are at the customer’s expense, while we will cover the cost of shipping the new art piece. Kindly refer to our Return Policy page for further details.

Do you sell framed artwork?

We prefer to sell artwork unframed. This allows clients to select frames that suit their decor, or to display the work unframed if preferred.

Can I re-sell purchased art pieces??

What you do with the art after purchase is at your discretion, but we expect you to treat the artist’s work with the utmost respect, assigning credit and any copyrights to the artist as stated by the Berne Convention.

How long does it take to do a commission??

The completion time for commissions can range from two to four months, depending on the size, medium, complexity, and the artist’s schedule.

How much will it cost to do a commission?

Prices for commissioned artwork vary and is largely dependent on the size, medium, and complexity of the requested art piece and the artist’s sales history. Commissioned artworks will be priced higher than similar pieces in the artist’s portfolio (as it relates to the size and medium) due to the artist spending time consulting with you about the project, creating any necessary preliminary sketches, and taking time away from their normal art practice to create your commission.
